The first room.

The first room is CrossChecked co-dev. Bob, Max, and Robert Jr already work together. Trident is how that work is proposed, reviewed, attacked, and Allowed.

The open artifact is workstream 0. The closed artifact is the doctrine lock of 22 September 2026, kept as a sample receipt.

What comes after this stub, and not inside it:

• LiveKit when faces matter. Embed it. Do not invent another WebRTC stack.
• A Jev shadow that recommends and asks a human before anything irreversible.
• Seat identity, so a receipt can become authority.
• An Exochain AVC wrap of Agreement Objects, on Max's side of the fabric.

Max and Jr can later post status into this log. Aeon can keep the Decide log for real. Neither is live in v0.
