The face

Three human modalities. They rotate by artifact.

Origin, Peer, and Adversarial are seats, not fixed personalities. The same person can change modality when the artifact changes. The face stays three.

Origin proposes. The proposal is a claim about what should become true.

Peer reviews in good faith. The question is whether the proposal is the thing it claims to be.

Adversarial tries to break it. Brand walls, skipped steps, and quiet self-release are in scope.

Speech in the room is thinking aloud. Thinking aloud is not an order.

In this seed the seats are held still so the chain can be walked: Bob at Origin, Max at Peer, Robert Jr at Adversarial. Rotation waits on real identity.
